2. Cancellation Requests
Clients may request cancellation of their services by submitting a written request via email or through our official communication channels. The cancellation request must include the client’s name, service details, and reason for cancellation.
3. Refund Eligibility
If a client chooses not to continue the service or experiences any issue from their side, they may request a refund. Refund requests will be reviewed and processed only after 45 days from the date of cancellation of services, as applicable.
4. Refund Processing
Eligible refunds will be processed after internal review and verification. Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be applicable in the following cases:
If the service has already been fully delivered or substantially completed.
If work has been executed based on client approvals and requirements.
If delays occur due to the client’s failure to provide required information, approvals, or materials.
6. Company-Initiated Cancellation
In rare situations where Hashkaro Digitals is unable to continue providing the service due to internal or operational reasons, the client will be notified. In such cases, a partial or full refund may be issued based on the stage of service completion.
